輸出速度在機(jī)械減速器已確定的前提下,受上位機(jī)或伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器輸出頻率的限制,指令單位的取值直接影響負(fù)載軸能輸出的轉(zhuǎn)速,成正比趨勢。筆者使用三菱FX系列PLC分別與三菱及安川伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器組成系統(tǒng),用于分切輸送機(jī)械,曾計(jì)算指令單位取值與負(fù)載線速度的關(guān)系如下:

可以看出:指令單位越小,負(fù)載線速度越低;上位機(jī)頻率越低,負(fù)載線速度相應(yīng)也低。折算成輸出軸速度有同樣比例關(guān)系。
2. 定位精度顯然指令單位取值越小,相當(dāng)于脈沖當(dāng)量越細(xì)分。比如,指令單位取值由0.1縮小10倍成0.01,相當(dāng)于在一個(gè)脈沖寬度內(nèi)位移由0.1修改成0.01。換言之,原來一個(gè)脈沖的位移,現(xiàn)在要十個(gè)脈沖來完成,其相對定位精度自然會(huì)比修改前高。
由此可以看出,當(dāng)其他條件不變的前提下,指令單位取值對機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的速度和精度有著密切關(guān)系,伺服系統(tǒng)為用戶提供數(shù)字控制平臺(tái),而用戶則應(yīng)在滿足設(shè)備加工要求前提下,限度地在速度和定位精度兩者尋求恰當(dāng)數(shù)值。三菱MR—J3系列伺服放大器還拓寬了“電子齒輪”的應(yīng)用選擇空間;另外提供三個(gè)擴(kuò)展參數(shù),作為電子齒輪的分子數(shù)據(jù),可以通過驅(qū)動(dòng)器兩個(gè)輸入端子功能設(shè)置,由PLC編程組合成四種“電子齒輪”,更增加變速范圍。
