外用抗真菌藥 環(huán)吡酮胺是一種新型廣譜外用抗真菌藥，由聯(lián)邦德國(guó)藥廠研制成功，作用機(jī)制是通過(guò)改變真菌細(xì)胞膜的完整性，引起細(xì)胞內(nèi)物質(zhì)外流，并阻斷蛋白質(zhì)前體物質(zhì)的攝取，導(dǎo)致真菌細(xì)胞死亡，對(duì)皮膚癬菌、酵母菌、霉菌等具有較強(qiáng)的抑菌和殺菌作用，滲透性強(qiáng)。在較高濃度還可以對(duì)各種放線菌、革蘭陽(yáng)性和革蘭陰性菌及支原體、衣原體、毛滴蟲(chóng)、陰道滴蟲(chóng)和綠膿桿菌等也有一定抑制作用。
與咪唑類(lèi)抗真菌藥相比，環(huán)吡酮胺對(duì)皮膚真菌賴(lài)以生存的角質(zhì)層有極強(qiáng)的滲透力，故對(duì)角質(zhì)層深部真菌，如甲癬等有顯著的抑菌。
