噴焊合金粉末,通稱自熔性合金,亦稱硬面合金。鎳基噴焊合金粉末主要包括Ni-Cr-B-Si系列;Ni-Cr-B-Si-C系列;Ni-Cr-B-Si-C-Mo-Cu系列等,它具有優(yōu)良的綜合性能,耐腐蝕、抗氧化、耐熱耐低應力磨粒磨損和粘著磨損等,具有優(yōu)異的噴焊工藝性。
下而介紹我公司生產(chǎn)的鎳基噴焊合金粉末均采用塑料桶和鐵桶封裝但由于粉末粒度細,易于吸潮,建議用戶在使用前采用120℃保溫兩小時低溫烘烤后使用。

However, for the thin granularity and humidity-absorbing characteristic of the product, we suggest that the customer dry the products under 120℃ for two hours before use.
