壓鑄模溫機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)基本與高溫油溫機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)一致，但有以下區(qū)別：
1：泵浦，目前市場(chǎng)上采用的都是磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)泵，不容易漏油
2：強(qiáng)制冷卻后泵反轉(zhuǎn)回油自動(dòng)停機(jī)功能，就是可以把模具內(nèi)的油抽回至油箱，以方便工人拆卸模具，避免造成導(dǎo)熱油的浪費(fèi)。

模溫機(jī)在現(xiàn)代壓鑄行業(yè)的運(yùn)用比較廣泛，尤其是在鋁合金,鎂合金的制造中，不均勻或不合理的模具溫度會(huì)導(dǎo)致鑄件尺寸不穩(wěn)定，在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中頂出鑄件變形，產(chǎn)生熱壓力、黏模、表面凹陷、內(nèi)縮孔及熱泡等缺陷。對(duì)生產(chǎn)周期也產(chǎn)生

影響，如冷卻時(shí)間、填充時(shí)間及噴涂時(shí)間都產(chǎn)生不穩(wěn)定的變數(shù)。另外，模具的壽命也會(huì)因受到過(guò)冷過(guò)熱的沖擊而導(dǎo)致昂貴的鋼材產(chǎn)生熱裂，加速其老化。所以在現(xiàn)代壓鑄行業(yè)需使用模溫機(jī)來(lái)控制溫度的加熱均勻及溫度的精度
