A防靜電水泥砂漿的來(lái)歷；

特種防靜電水泥砂漿是根據(jù)國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范，SJ/T 31469-2002《地面施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》，特別配置的特種導(dǎo)電砂漿，具有較高的導(dǎo)電能力和耐磨特點(diǎn)。

B防靜電水泥砂漿技術(shù)特點(diǎn)；

特種防靜電水泥砂漿（地坪）對(duì)靜電聚集有良好的導(dǎo)電能力，接地時(shí)，材料中可鍛性的金屬骨料和導(dǎo)電體提供地面一個(gè)高度防靜電火花產(chǎn)生和導(dǎo)電能力，可傳導(dǎo)地面的靜電。

導(dǎo)電指標(biāo)值：1.0×105Ω—1.0×109Ω。抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)100N／mm2

E防靜電砂漿施工操作工藝

（1）做找平層前，必須提前一天用清水洗擦干凈基層，使其保持濕潤(rùn)，二樓樓層以上施工時(shí)，更要注意保證混凝土的充分濕潤(rùn)，濕潤(rùn)深度10公分以上，否則會(huì)出現(xiàn)空鼓開(kāi)裂現(xiàn)象！

（2）刷界面劑1-2mm厚結(jié)合層，界面劑水灰比為0.3~0.4，應(yīng)控制一次刷的面積不宜過(guò)大,做多少,每平方米用量1-1.5公斤為宜!

（3）搗制找平層，要嚴(yán)格根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)單位提供的資料，結(jié)合施工交底按1：0.15（砂漿：水）必須機(jī)械攪拌器攪拌3分鐘以上，每次攪拌料不得超過(guò)50公斤（砂漿50公斤包裝，多用水量為7.5-8公斤）

（4）將攪拌好的砂漿按設(shè)定好的部位進(jìn)行施工即可。

（5）本砂漿一次性成形20mm，直接人工壓光找平即可，注意：不得在上強(qiáng)度后壓光，更不能用機(jī)械壓光機(jī)壓光！

（6）養(yǎng)護(hù)找平層，鋪設(shè)完過(guò)24小時(shí)后，灑水濕潤(rùn)，在常溫下進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)。一般養(yǎng)護(hù)期不少于2-7天，才進(jìn)行下一道工序。在養(yǎng)護(hù)期間，保護(hù)好地面，不要上人走動(dòng)或者進(jìn)行其他操作工作，以免影響工程質(zhì)量。

施工要點(diǎn)：施工前必須做導(dǎo)電網(wǎng)（銅網(wǎng)）和接地系統(tǒng)
